Україно, навчайся!

Bielefeld UAS offers a “Study on, Ukraine! Welcome Semester” for all students who had to flee Ukraine and cannot continue their studies at their home universities.

Starting on 9 May 2022, students are able to choose from a variety of courses ranging from intensive German classes to English-taught sessions in the fields of business, social sciences, health and computer science.

In addition, students will receive information on studying and living in Germany. They can use the semester to obtain further qualification, to plan their continued studies in Germany or to make meaningful use of the time until their return to Ukraine.

For their participation in the programme, we intend to award students with 30 ECTS (“European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System”), so that recognition of the semester in other study programmes and universities may become possible.

Courses take place as classroom or online lessons. Students who are not in Bielefeld are able to take part in selected virtual courses.

For this semester, application for the programme has closed!

We have set up a WhatsApp chat for participants in the programme. Click here if you would like to join.

There was a welcome session on 11 May at 10 a.m. in room D3 in the main building of Bielefeld UAS on Bielefeld Campus.
