These dynamic stresses are applied to a wheelset by torsional vibration. However, dynamic stresses cannot be predicted by calculation, and so time-consuming and cost-intensive test runs are performed to measure the maximum dynamic stresses. Therefore, this article deals with the setup of a simulation model that shall enable the simulative prediction of maximum dynamic torsional stresses. This model respects that vibration excitation originates from the wheel-rail contact point and that the vibration energy input comes from a high-frequency drive train control. To describe health inequalities and equity with regard to the use of digital health technologies in a care context and to understand interrelationships, it is of particular importance for the field of care research to use models and theories that explain health inequalities and equity in the use of digital technologies. Aims: This article aims to identify models and theories from the field of nursing and health research that explain the phenomenon of health inequalities and the influence of digital health technologies on the emergence of inequalities. Methods: Relevant articles were searched in electronic databases (MEDLINE, CINAHL & SocINDEX) between July and August 2019 in German and English, within the methodological framework of a scoping review. The systematic literature search and data extraction were performed by 2 reviewers. The description of data refers to standard criteria by 8-1Christiansen and Baum (1997). Results: From a total of 25 relevant articles, 2 were identified for inclusion in the current overview. One model is focusing on ICT for health and the other model focuses on eHealth. No nursing theory could be identified in the context of describing the phenomenon of digital inequality. Conclusions: In both models, there is a lack of discussion about the impact of nursing aspects on the use and acceptance of eHealth technologies. Die mittlere Berufserfahrung der befragten Therapeut/innen, Ärzt/innen und Verwaltungsmitarbeitenden lag bei 21 (±10) Jahren und die Befragten waren durchschnittlich an 2 (±1) Forschungsprojekten beteiligt (min: 1; max: 7). Die Auswertung erfolgte nach der inhaltlich-strukturierenden Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring.\r\n\r\nErgebnisse Die Erfahrungen der Praxisakteure machten die Relevanz um das Wissen der unterschiedlichen strukturellen Rahmenbedingungen von Wissenschaft und Praxis deutlich. Dies zeigte sich in 6 Hauptkategorien: Projektinitiierung, projektbezogener Erstkontakt, Motivation zur Mitwirkung, subjektive Wahrnehmung projektbezogener Tätigkeiten, Erfahrungen in der Projektarbeit und Wünsche bzw. Verbesserungsbedarfe. Key recommendations for ebCR indications have recently been published in part 1 of this journal. The present part 2 updates the evidence with respect to contents and delivery of ebCR in clinical practice, focusing on exercise training (ET), psychological interventions (PI), patient education (PE). In addition, special patients’ groups and new developments, such as telemedical (Tele) or home-based ebCR, are discussed as well. Methods: Generation of evidence and search of literature have been described in part 1. Results: Well documented evidence confirms the prognostic significance of ET in patients with coronary artery disease. Positive clinical effects of ET are described in patients with congestive heart failure, heart valve surgery or intervention, adults with congenital heart disease, and peripheral arterial disease. Specific recommendations for risk stratification and adequate exercise prescription for continuous-, interval-, and strength training are given in detail. PI when added to ebCR did not show significant positive effects in general. There was a positive trend towards reduction in depressive symptoms for “distress management” and “lifestyle changes”. PE is able to increase patients’ knowledge and motivation, as well as behavior changes, regarding physical activity, dietary habits, and smoking cessation. The evidence for distinct ebCR programs in special patients’ groups is less clear. Studies on Tele-CR predominantly included low-risk patients. Hence, it is questionable, whether clinical results derived from studies in conventional ebCR may be transferred to Tele-CR. Conclusions: ET is the cornerstone of ebCR. Additional PI should be included, adjusted to the needs of the individual patient. PE is able to promote patients self-management, empowerment, and motivation. Diversity-sensitive structures should be established to interact with the needs of special patient groups and gender issues. Die Auswertung erfolgte induktiv in Anlehnung an die qualitative Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring.\r\nErgebnis: Bei den förderlichen Aspekten wurden drei Oberkategorien „Motivation der Absolventinnen und Absolventen“, „Aufgeschlossenheit des Arbeitsumfelds“ und „Übernahme zusätzlicher Aufgaben“ identifiziert. Für die hemmenden Aspekte konnten zwei Oberkategorien „Mangelnde Aufgeschlossenheit des Arbeitsumfelds“ und „Mangelnde Handlungs- und Entscheidungsspielräume“ gebildet werden.\r\nDiskussion: Die Förderung des Einsatzes der im Studium erworbenen Kompetenzen geschieht sporadisch und unsystematisch. Little is known about the aspects that promote and inhibit the use of the competences acquired in the course of studies.\r\nMethodology: 45 graduates were interviewed by telephone in a whereabouts study in North Rhine-Westphalia. The evaluation was carried out inductively following the qualitative content analysis according to Mayring.\r\nResult: Three categories were identified for the supportive aspects: “motivation of graduates,” “open-mindedness of the work environment,” and “assumption of additional tasks”. For the inhibiting aspects, two upper categories “lack of open-mindedness of the work environment” and “lack of room for maneuver and decision-making” could be formed.\r\nDiscussion: The promotion of the use of competencies acquired in the course of studies occurs sporadically and unsystematically. Um Bedarfe und Bedingungen im Hinblick auf eine zielgruppensensible Konzeption zu analysieren, wurden Expert*innen- und Gruppeninterviews geführt, deren pflegebezogenen Ergebnisse und Implikationen in diesem Paper vorgestellt werden. Übereinstimmend mit der Fachliteratur berichten die Interviewteilnehmenden von Verbesserungsbedarf in den Bereichen Lernortkooperation, Theorie-Praxis-Transfer und Lernaufgaben und äußerten darüber hinaus Potenziale, Wünsche und Grenzen hinsichtlich der Nutzung aktueller Medientechnologien und deren fachspezifischen Anwendung in der Pflegeausbildung. The project „ViRDiPA“ aims to reach these goals by implementing a program for advanced training. In order to analyze needs and conditions, expert and group interviews were conducted. The nursing-related results and implications are presented in this paper. Consistent with the literature, the interview participants report a need for improvement in the areas of learning-site-cooperation, theory-practice-transfer, and „Lernaufgaben“. Therefore, the core element of the training is cooperation between different groups of educational personnel in the creation and collaborative implementation of virtual reality (VR)-„Lernaufgaben“. Schulen und Kindertageseinrichtungen wurden geschlossen; viele\r\nMenschen arbeiteten von Zuhause und es galten umfassende Kontaktbeschränkungen. Dieses Working\r\nPaper analysiert die Folgen der Pandemie für Familien in Deutschland. Auf der Grundlage qualitativer\r\nInterviews mit Eltern von Kindern unter 10 Jahren wurden Perspektiven der Erziehungsberechtigten auf\r\ndie pandemiebedingte Ausnahmesituation rekonstruiert. Dabei wurden sowohl immense Belastungen\r\nals auch neu gefundene Ressourcen identifiziert. Deutlich wird, dass für Eltern weniger die Notwendigkeit,\r\nzusätzlich Zeit mit den Kindern zu verbringen, belastend war. Vielmehr waren es die Anforderungen\r\nder Erwerbsarbeit und teilweise auch der Schule, die zu Überlastung geführt haben. Zugleich wurde die\r\nPhase der Einschränkungen auch als Gewinn erlebt, weil das Familienleben nicht mehr durch äußere Termine\r\ndeterminiert war, gemeinsame Aktivitäten an Bedeutung gewannen und das Lernen für die Schule\r\nindividueller und teils auch entspannter umgesetzt werden konnte."},{"text":"As a result of the COVID 19 pandemic, Germany experienced considerable restrictions in private and\r\npublic life from March 2020. Schools and early childhood centers were closed; many people worked from\r\nhome and extensive contact restrictions applied. This working paper analyses the consequences of the\r\npandemic for families in Germany. On the basis of qualitative interviews with parents of children under\r\n10 years of age, perspectives of the parents and guardians on the pandemic-related exceptional situation\r\nwere reconstructed. Thereby, both immense burdens and newly found resources were identified. Workplace studies and organizational settings have always been an integral theme in computer-supported cooperative work (CSCW) research. This workshop hopes to broaden this research horizon by overlapping the multidisciplinary perspectives of resilience and crisis research with human-computer interaction (HCI), CSCW, organizational, and business studies. The COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent physical and social constraints have been detrimental to the activities of different organizations, especially to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). SMEs must recognize and search for opportunities to adapt to this crisis by developing resilient organizational infrastructures. These adaptations can be crucial to overcoming the current disruptions challenging the continued existence keeping in view the intrinsic diversification of various business and industrial sectors. How organizational infrastructures can be designed to instill resilient properties like adaptive capacity, self-adjustment and continuity? We intend to focus on bringing this discussion under the umbrella of CSCW to explore the potentials of collaboration and cooperative work in organizational infrastructure.
