Tasks of the International Office
The International Office is the “international hub” of Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (FH Bielefeld). In addition to coordinating and running international programmes, we also attract third-party funding and promote the process of internationalisation at the university with innovative ideas and concepts. We encourage international mobility for all members of the university, but above all, students.

International students from all over the world study at Bielefeld UAS. Various options are open to international students. You can apply for a place in a regular degree programme and complete your studies in Germany. Or you can spend one or more semesters at Bielefeld UAS in an exchange programme.

We have a wide range of exchange programmes, as well as varied and interesting language courses and cultural events for international students. Why not learn about German language and culture in a relaxed atmosphere? You are bound to benefit from your experiences for the rest of your life.
